Vissinggaard is an international centre of willow-work and basketry, run by
Eva Seidenfaden.
Vissinggaard is a large forest estate, very beautifully situated in the middle of Jutland.
A former stable building has been converted into a workshop. We grow a variety of willow,
suitable for basketry and fencing.
We offer courses in different types of baskets.
The students are lodged in double-rooms. Furthermore there is the opportunity to be logded
in nice fit up workmen's huts or in the "Treehouse".
Tasty and exquisite meals are an important part of the courses. The atmosphere of
Vissinggaard is warm and social, but at the same time we try to create a space for the individual.
Vissinggaard Basketry Museum was settled in May 2016.
